Sign the authorisation
Nothing is tested until you sign off the scope, dates, test accounts and an emergency contact.
Pay and share access
Work under $2,000 is paid upfront; the Sprint is 50% to book and 50% on handover. The turnaround clock starts once payment and access are both in.
Stay in the loop
Topiax replies within 1 business day and flags critical issues the same day, without waiting for the report.
Guarantees and refunds
- On-time guarantee
- If a Scan, Review, or Fix Validation is late, 25% of the fee is refunded automatically. The clock starts when payment and access are both in.
- Useful-findings guarantee
- If a Review finds nothing you consider worth fixing, the fee is refunded in full.
- Sprint fix guarantee
- Anything the AI Reliability Sprint changed that breaks within 30 days is fixed free.
Questions before you start
How much does an AI app security audit cost?
Topiax charges $400 for the AI App Scan, $1,250 for the 48-hour Launch Readiness Review and $4,500 for the AI Reliability Sprint. All three prices are fixed. The Review is the one to book for a full vibe code audit.
Can I book the Sprint without a Review?
No. The AI Reliability Sprint starts from a Topiax Launch Readiness Review done in the last 60 days. $500 of the Review fee is credited when you book the Sprint within 30 days.
What are the terms for Reliability Continuity?
Reliability Continuity is $1,500 per month, billed monthly in advance, with a 3-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice. The first month is $1,000 when it starts within 14 days of a Sprint handover.
How is my data handled?
A mutual NDA is available on request. Your data stays in your systems and is never copied into public AI tools, and reports are kept for 12 months.
Is a penetration test included?
No. None of the prices includes a formal penetration test, compliance certification or legal sign-off. The Scan and the Review are bounded checks of one app, and no Topiax offer guarantees zero vulnerabilities, downtime or future failures.
Can Topiax work with our existing team?
Yes. Topiax works alongside your engineers, operations team or agency. Roles, access and handover are agreed before work starts. Founder Cyprian Aarons, a former Chief Technology Officer, works with your team directly.
