Reliability Continuity costs $1,500 per month, flat, billed monthly in advance. There is a 3-month minimum, then it runs month to month with 30 days' notice. The first month is $1,000 if you start within 14 days of a Sprint handover.

Who is Reliability Continuity for?

Reliability Continuity is for apps with paying users, after a Launch Readiness Review or an AI Reliability Sprint. AI-built apps change fast, and each new feature can undo earlier fixes, so Continuity checks each change as it ships.

Does Continuity include fixes?

Yes, Reliability Continuity includes up to 6 hours of fixes or improvements a month, and unused hours do not roll over. New features, emergency work outside business hours, and anything outside the app agreed at the start are not included.

Does Continuity include 24/7 monitoring?

No, Reliability Continuity is not 24/7 cover. Topiax works in business hours, acknowledges critical issues within 4 business hours, and works on them the same day. Automated checks run all the time, but emergency work outside business hours is not included.

Does Continuity cover prompt and model changes?

Yes. Reliability Continuity keeps the eval suite running and reviews changes to prompts, models, and retrieval with the rest of the code. With your permission, Topiax also reviews real AI conversations with personal data hidden, adds test prompts, and adjusts the guardrails.
