Do I need a fit call before booking?
Yes. Every Topiax offer starts with a fit call, so scope, access, timing and price are agreed before any work begins. For the AI App Scan the call is short.
When does the 48-hour or 3-day clock start?
Once payment and access are both in. For the AI App Scan that means the signed one-page authorisation, the live URL and one test account. For the 48-hour Launch Readiness Review it also means the agreed scope and critical journey.
Can we sign an NDA first?
Yes. Say so when you book and it is signed before you share any access.
