Operating system

Flexible cover

01 · Member and beneficiary configuration02 · Base cover plus selectable benefits03 · Transparent premium calculation

Operating context

Traditional cover products can be rigid and difficult to understand. Customers need to see who is covered, what each benefit costs, and what evidence a claim requires; operators need the same information in a processable form.

The challenge

Complexity had to become one legible operating loop.

Design a flexible benefit model without creating pricing ambiguity, while connecting the customer journey to policy, payment, claims, fraud-review, and reconciliation workflows.

The system response

The interface and architecture tell the same story.

The platform provides a visual benefit builder, member-level cover choices, transparent premium breakdowns, payment tracking, and guided claims. The administration side adds claim queues, case review, fraud investigation, benefits, policies, and payment reconciliation.
