For production AI Specifically
My recommendation is simple: use CrewAI for orchestration and Cassandra for persistence. Do not treat them as alternatives unless you are comparing two unrelated layers of your stack.
If your product needs agents to reason over tasks, choose CrewAI. If it needs durable state for conversations, audit logs, retrieval metadata, or long-lived operational data at scale, choose Cassandra underneath it.
