That sounds like two tools because it is. In retail banking, “monitoring” should mean watching service latency, error rates, model drift signals exposed as metrics, queue depth, alert volume, analyst SLA breaches, and failed enrichment calls. Datadog wins here because it gives you production-grade observability across the whole fraud stack: transaction ingestion services, scoring APIs, streaming jobs, feature pipelines, and downstream case management.
Why not Pinecone or Weaviate as the winner?
